Cancellations & Returns

The customer may cancel the order at any point prior to dispatch. This must be done via telephone or email,  we cannot guarantee the email will be read in time to stop the order being processed.

Should the customer wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, payment shall be refunded in full within 28 days.

It is entirely the responsibility of the customer to notify Laconi Ltd should they receive any incorrect products or a shortage of products, within 48 hours of acceptance of delivery.

If goods have been ordered incorrectly, it is the customers responsibility to return the goods back to us at their cost for a full refund.

Laconi will operate within the Distance Selling Regulations. Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 working days after the day they receive delivery of their goods, providing they do so in writing to Laconi. The purchaser has a statutory duty to take good care of the goods during this 14 day cancellation period and to return the goods in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging to Laconi. All costs incurred from the return of goods will be met by the customer.


The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify Laconi within 7 days should the goods be damaged. Should the customer not notify Laconi within 7 days, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods.

Should the products be damaged, Laconi will ask for photographic evidence so we can issue a refund or replacement and ask the customer to dispose of the goods. We may ask the customer to return the goods at a convenient time for them or we can arrange collection but the time and date would not be guaranteed. Return postage costs would be refunded.

Laconi may choose to refund any damages rather than issuing replacements. It is at the discretion of Laconi whether a replacement or credit will be issued.
